Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR) teaches you how to deal with emergencies that are immediately life threatening. You will focus on primary care through a combination of knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice to make sure you have the knowledge, understanding and confidence to use your skills.

covers injuries or illnesses that are not immediately life threatening or when local EMS is unavailable or delayed. You focus on secondary assessment and first aid through knowledge development, skill development and realistic scenario practice. The Secondary Care (first aid) skills are:

- Splinting for Dislocations and Fractures

Care assessment and treatment for adults and
children. Includes the use of oxygen, AED machines
and more. Class includes books, mini first aid
kits and plastic certification card. For the
person who needs CPR training, this hands-on
skills training prepares them to respond to breathing
and cardiac emergencies in victims ranging from
infants to adults.

This
course is for people that have completed the
Emergency First Response course and need an update
to new techniques to get re certified.
